Description: The application and selection process can be an arduous task for scholarship providers. We all seek a fair process that yields objective and reliable information, though we are rarely sure of the best way to get that information. In this session, Luckyday will share a set of practices they developed for three phases of the selection process: evaluation instrument design, statistical analysis of submissions/evaluations, and tracking of current students. By implementing a scientific approach to each of these steps, Luckyday is able to continually refine and streamline their process and program. Learn how to consider your own processes and the practices, so you can improve results while saving time and money.

Next Steps: When you complete your purchase, you will receive a link to the recording along with the PDF of the PowerPoint presentation.
