Description: In this 4-hour collaborative learning session, participants will explore the individual bias and systemic barriers that impede college access and undermine student success. Learn how to analyze your program through an inclusive lens and create purposeful strategies to address bias and ensure success for a wider spectrum of students. This workshop will provide you with specific tools and best practice strategies to improve scholarship programming, college access, and support services for all students. Participants will leave with a better understanding of the journey of social justice, individual/interpersonal bias, and systemic barriers as they relate to supporting students to and through college.
