Please submit your questions through the Member Q&A Forum

How do I subscribe to Instant Updates for particular forum posts?
Log into your account and navigate to the Member Q&A Forum topic you would like to follow.
 

Under Thread Actions, click on Subscribe to Instant Updates.
 


Is there an archive of past Member Q&A's?
Yes. You can access the 
Member Q&A Archive to find previous posts from 2005-2017. Archived Member Q&A's can also be found by topic in the Resource Library.

When are membership renewal notices sent out?
NSPA members pay dues annually. For example, if an organization joins in May, then their dues will be renewed in May of the following year. Renewal notices are sent 45 days before the expiration date.

How do I advertise a scholarship, a service, or a discount to NSPA members?
Please submit your announcement request using this contact form
.  Announcements posted in our Community Announcements page are shared in the Wednesday Announcements. Members receive four free announcements per year.

Does NSPA offer a guide for starting a scholarship program or enhancing an existing program?
Members can access our online Scholarship Program Toolkit. This resource is divided into four sections: Start UpProgram ManagementProgram Enhancements, and Accountability. Additional resources can be found in the Member Resource Library.

 

How do I build an online network through my member dashboard?

Search for a member using the Member Directory Search. Click Connect on the member's profile. Click Connect on the member's profile. A message box will pop-up. Type your message and send the invitation. The invited member will receive a message to Accept or Decline the connection. After your invitation is accepted, your new connection will appear on your Connections page.

How do I post a job opening in the Career Center?
Log in to your account and navigate to the Career Center. Click on Submit an Opening and complete the form. 
 
 

How do I search for colleagues who meet certain criteria? For example, how do I find other members who offer first dollar scholarships?
 
You can use the Member Profile Search function to search for other members that meet certain criteria.


How do I register for member programs?
All of our upcoming events are listed on our NSPA Event Calendar. Click on the event you wish to attend and then click on Register.

Can I volunteer with the NSPA?

 
Yes! We offer several volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Please submit this contact form if you're interested in learning more. An NSPA staff member will reach out to you with more information.

Are NSPA annual dues tax deductible?
No, membership dues are generally not tax deductible because they are a fee for service or benefit.

Can we use the NSPA Name, Logo, and Twitter Handle?
Subject to obtaining the prior written approval of the NSPA in each instance, NSPA members in good standing may display the NSPA name and logo together with the phrase “Member of the National Scholarship Providers Association” and a link to the NSPA website if applicable, on the member’s own website or social media pages, in email communications, and in printed materials regarding the member, in accordance with NSPA policies and guidelines.
