Scholarship America Announces New Trustee

MINNEAPOLIS (March 3, 2020) – Scholarship America®, the nation’s leading nonprofit
scholarship and educational support organization, is pleased to announce Lisa
McGeough, co-head of Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) and co-head of Wells Fargo International of Wells Fargo & Company, has been elected to its Board of Trustees.

Ballard, president and CEO of Scholarship America. “She is an accomplished leader
with decades of global institutional sales and banking expertise as well as a strong
personal commitment to supporting all students achieve their educational dreams.”

McGeough is co-head of Corporate & Investment Banking at Wells Fargo and co-head
of Wells Fargo International. In this role, she co-leads an accomplished team of
relationship managers and capital markets specialists who deliver a comprehensive
suite of corporate banking, investment banking, equity and fixed income solutions, with
sales, trading, and research capabilities, to corporate, government, and institutional
customers across North America, Asia, and Europe. Wells Fargo International
encompasses all business and support functions (with the exception of enterprise Global
Services) that operates in Asia Pacific (APAC), Canada, Europe, Middle East, and Africa
(EMEA), and Latin America. Partnering with the international line of business leaders
across Wells Fargo, she oversees governance and strategy of all functions in the
international regions.

Prior to her current roles, McGeough led the Financial Institutions Group at Wells Fargo,
focused on building long-term relationships with banks and non-bank financial
institutions globally and she served as head of the Industrials Group in Wells Fargo
Corporate Banking. She also formerly served as a regional head of Wells Fargo
Securities Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and CEO of Wells Fargo
Securities International (WFSIL), where she was responsible for overseeing investment
banking and capital markets activities, including advisory services and sales and trading
in the EMEA region.

McGeough has nearly 30 years of institutional sales and marketing experience, and
joined Wells Fargo through the predecessor firm, Wachovia, in 2005. She spent eight
years with Morgan Stanley Inc, where she was a director in leveraged finance, and was
also the high-yield product manager for generalist sales. She also held roles at Toronto
Dominion Securities and Salomon Brothers (now Citigroup).

McGeough earned her B.A. in economics and graduated magna cum laude from
Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. She participated in executive education programs
at Harvard Business School. She represented Wells Fargo Securities in the EMEA as a
board member of Wells Fargo International Limited. Her membership on the Committee
of 200, a prominent organization composed of the world’s most successful women
entrepreneurs and corporate innovators, and her inclusion in the 2015 Financial News
100 Most Influential Women in Financial Services list reflect her internationally
recognized influence and leadership. As a champion of diversity, she actively supports
