$500 college savings award available for NJHS members

Who: National Junior Honor Society members (grades 6-9) (Not sure if your school has a chapter?) 

What: Outstanding Achievement Award ($500 college savings award)

When: Nominations Close February 25

Where: njhs.us/oaa NJHS Advisers can submit nominations of students who exemplify the pillars of Scholarship, Service, Leadership, Character, and Citizenship in their schools

Why: Students with at least $500 saved for education are three times more likely to enroll in college and are four times more likely to graduate from college than their counterparts with no college savings accounts. 

Available for National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) members, the NJHS  Outstanding Achievement Award is accepting nominations through February 25.
