Mental Health in the Time of COVID-19:
Student Supports and Tips for Maintaining Your Own Mental Wellness

All over the country, families, communities, schools, and workplaces are facing feelings of isolation and challenges with communicating with others as a result of widespread campus and workplace closures. During these unprecedented times, supporting our students while attending to our own mental health - which may be additionally challenged in the face of social distancing and closures - is of the utmost importance. Join Active Minds for a conversation about mental health in the time of COVID-19 and learn practical ways you can support others while maintaining your own mental wellness.
