What Happens After the Diploma - Transitioning from College to Career

Description

One of primary goals of the Daniels Scholarship Program is to help Daniels Scholars become successful in a rewarding career after college. To accomplish this, they support their scholars with opportunities for networking, internships, job connections, and career advice. In 2018, they introduced a program called SHIFTCareer, designed to help 100 of their juniors and seniors navigate the job search experience and the transition from college to career. The program included: topical expert speakers, networking opportunities, and a career fair with 22 companies participating. Learn the details of the SHIFTCareer program, including the structure, the development and the results from their inaugural year.
