Can we promote an event/article/scholarship, etc. on the NSPA website, in the NSPA newsletter, or through the NSPA mailing list?
Posting information through the NSPA is a member benefit. Generally, the NSPA does not advertise or post information for non-members.

You can contact local high schools so they can advertise directly to their students. You could also see if there are similar organizations in your area that might be willing to share this information.

You can also try to get your scholarship program added to the College Board's scholarship search function by filling out a form here - there is a box on the right side for scholarship organizations:

What is the NSPA Membership Application Process?
Individuals, scholarship providers, colleges or universities, or other business entities interested in membership in NSPA must complete the NSPA Membership Application Form, as well as provide any follow-up information requested by NSPA.  Failure to provide complete information will result in a determination of ineligibility. Applicants will receive confirmation of receipt of a completed application, as well as confirmation of time frame for review and decision.  Completed and signed applications will be reviewed weekly by NSPA staff. Once approved, membership dues will be processed with the payment information provided or a check request will be made. Any prospective or current member whose membership is denied or revoked will be provided a written explanation of NSPA’s decision.
